Helping Seniors Live Independently Through Life’s Fourth Quarter
If there’s one thing that’s certain in life, it’s that things change.
Some of those changes are good… others, not so much.
You can’t move like you used to. People you love aren’t around as much—or in some cases, at all. Even just driving to the grocery store isn’t as easy as it used to be. Loneliness and frustration get harder to avoid.
You’ve got a lot of life behind you, and you want to make the most of the years to come. But things are changing—and though you don’t want to admit it, a little help is starting to look mighty tempting.
On the other hand, you don’t want someone dictating your life for you.
Solution Options for Seniors is here to give you and your family the information and guidance to make your own choices. Whether you need home medical care, companionship, or just someone to help you get out of the house now and then, it’s our mission to help you get what you need to live YOUR life.
As the youngest of five children with a large age gap, Katherine Follain spent much of her childhood with her parents and their friends in the elderly community. After losing her father at the age of 15, and living with her mother in the years before her death in 2001, she found in herself a passionate drive for helping seniors and their families.
Katherine has worked for the last 10 years in the senior living industry, and finally decided it was time to truly pursue that passion—by providing her knowledge and experience to educate and advise seniors faced with difficult questions about ongoing care.
“When I help a senior and their family really live their fourth quarter, it’s so much more than just a paycheck—it makes me so, so happy.”
